Kick Back and Relax

We had our 12 week appointment today. Eric and I got to see the baby bouncing around while the ultrasound tech got measurements of the baby's neck and confirmed certain nose bones were developing correctly. The baby was quite relaxed, as you see in the picture-- legs kicked up and crossed. It was a welcome relief that everything looked good and the baby is growing just like it should.  If you look at your pointer finger, that is about the size of the baby, from head to bum.  Our next appointment is at 16 weeks.

Welcome to the Larson Family's baby blog.  We are so excited to share the news of our "greatest expectation" yet... we are expecting a beautiful baby in February 2011.  We wanted to have a way to keep our friends near and far updated on the baby's progress.  Since Eric and I are not Facebook people, blogs are the next best thing.   We hope you enjoy our updates.  Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
